General Terms and Conditions and Customer Information
I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you conclude with us as the provider (Jonas Stöllnberger) via the website www.wollig.at. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own terms, if applicable, is objected to.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legal partnership acting in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity when concluding a legal transaction.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By listing the respective product on our website, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract for the item under the conditions specified in the product description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
-
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the "shopping cart."
-
You can access and modify the shopping cart at any time using the corresponding button in the navigation bar.
-
After clicking the button "Checkout" or "Proceed to Order" (or similar), you will enter your personal data as well as payment and shipping conditions.
-
Finally, a summary of the order data will be displayed.
If you use an instant payment system (e.g., PayPal (Express/Plus/Checkout), Amazon Pay, Sofort, giropay), you will either be directed to the order overview page in our online shop or to the provider's website of the instant payment system.
-
In the case of redirection, you make the appropriate selection or input of your data there.
-
Afterward, you will be directed back to our online shop or shown the order summary on the provider's site.
Before submitting the order, you can review and modify the order details, or cancel the order using the browser's "back" function. By submitting the order via the corresponding button (e.g., "Order with obligation to pay," "Buy now," "Pay now"), you declare acceptance of the offer, forming the contract.
(4) The order processing and transmission of all information required in connection with the contract conclusion are automated via email. Ensure that the email address provided is accurate, and receipt of emails is not hindered by spam filters.
§ 3 Special Agreements on Payment Methods

§ 5 Warranty
(1) The statutory liability for defects applies.
(2) As a consumer, you are requested to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage, and to promptly notify us and the carrier of any complaints. Failure to comply does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
(3) If a characteristic of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, such deviation is only deemed agreed upon if you were informed of this prior to submitting your contractual declaration and the deviation was expressly and separately agreed upon between the parties.
§ 6 Choice of Law
